The Academy of Combat Application Techniques is a Service Disabled Combat Veteran Owned Small Business that specializes in Self Protection, Martial Arts, Military Knife and Hand to Hand Combat and Mixed Martial Arts Training. We are registered with CCR.gov and are available for government contracts. The Academy of Combat Application Techniques is recognized by the Small Business Association under the NAICS Codes 611519 for "Other Technical and Trade Schools" and under 928110 for "National Security" Our instructors are highly professional and experienced trainers that not only appreciates the values and discipline of the martial arts, but the sound scientific techniques and principles for self protection behind the ancient arts. With that said we are not like so many other "Dojos" that teach "flash and trash or flippy showy" techniques. The Academy of Combat Application Techniques is the official training center for The Combat Application Techniques System. This is the very same Military Combatives system that the book Combat Application Techniques: Principles of Destruction was based on.

We take pride in preparing our trainees for the reality of combat; whether it be on the street, in the cage or in real life combat. We provide our students with a positive training atmosphere that utilizes the most modern and up to date training strategy while maintaining a "family" like feel. With that said training in the "Warrior Arts" is a life long journey that we at the Academy of Combat Application Techniques facilitate in everyway possible.
